Hills of Hoang Su Phi Mountain Bike Tour

Hills of Hoang Su Phi Mountain Bike Tour

Code: VRT02

Hoang Su Phi, Ha Giang, Viet Nam

Target Market: Cyclists with moderate level of fitness* and with previous mountain bike experience.
Trail Types ridden: Hardpacked single track (hiking trails) and sealed roads.
Tour Length: 4 days (3 days of riding, 1 day travel)

On this mountain bike tour you will be riding on narrow dirt single-track that has been connecting villages and villagers for generations. With most of the single-track sections ranging from undulating to downhill, it’s a case of letting go of the brakes and cracking a HUGE smile as you traverse down the side of some of Hoang Su Phi’s most picturesque mountainsides. For this ride we have reserved our (only two) longer climbs for the sealed roads, allowing you to get in the rhythm and recover for the next fun single-track descent to come. With daily distances ranging from 25-30km there will be plenty of time to enjoy time off the bike after the day’s ride, and stop along the way for photos or just to take in the scenery.

Of the three riding days the first two will be cruise stages, while the 3rd and last day will be a timed event with prizes offered to the top 3 placegetters.
