On Friday, December 7^th, 2018, cooperating with Helvetas Vietnam, CRED (Center for Rural Economy Development) and RTS (Recreation Trail Solutions), Vietnam Responsible Tourism (VRT) operates The challenging cycling and trekking Hoang Su Phi tour 2018.

In this morning, Mr. Trieu Tai An, Vice President of Hoang Su Phi district, restates the reasons of the opening ceremony and introduces a representation of organizations, travel companies, travelers and local people attending in this event.

During the speech, he strongly addresses two significant points. The first point is that Hoang Su Phi has the potential to develop a sustainable tourism and an eco-tourism. Hoang Su Phi owns the rustic beauty which attracts travelers to explore the breathtaking rice terraces, the interesting culture, and history of hill-tribe people, the tasty highland cuisine. The second point is that tourism has positive impacts on the quality of local life, especially in ethnic minority groups. It would be a great opportunity for improving infrastructure, education as well as of income of indigenous people.

To end the opening ceremony, the travelers are invited into the stage took photos then starting this tour.
